A "Token" is a digital asset or cryptocurrency that is offered to the general public during the initial phase of its release through a specialized platform known as a launchpad.

The "Launchpad" is a platform (i.e., this platform) that allows Users (meaning individuals, institutions, or organizations that access or use the Launchpad or the Company Services and who meet the criteria and conditions stipulated by these Terms) to access early-stage projects and participate in their public sales rounds (“Projects”). Personal identification data: name, email address, digital wallet address, country, date of birth, nationality, photo of national ID card or passport, photo of your face (selfie), documentation for proof of address.

We do not collect any special categories of Personal Data, such as details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, health information, or genetic and biometric data. However, you may need to provide information necessary to verify your identity, such as photographs and copies of your government-issued identification documents.

We may obtain information about you from various sources, including: (i) third parties that assist us in updating, expanding, and analyzing our records; preventing or detecting fraud; processing payments; or analyzing your use of our Services, and (ii) third parties you choose to connect with through the Services via functionalities we provide. We use anonymized or aggregate Customers' information for the purposes stipulated in this Privacy Policy at any time, including gaining better understanding of Customers' needs and behaviours, conducting business intelligence and marketing initiatives, and detecting security threats. In this regard, We reserve the right to implement innovative technologies as they become available to be used for strategic planning and operational processes.

We will collect and process Personal Information automatically provided by You under the following situations.

when You visit and/or firstly connect with the Website;

when You voluntarily complete any Customer survey or provide feedback to Us via emails or any other electronic channels including on Our social media accounts;

This provision applies to Customers of the Services that are located in the European Economic Area (except Bulgaria), United Kingdom and/or Switzerland (herein collectively referred as “Designated Countries”) at the time of Data or Personal Information being collected. We may ask your information regarding your nationality, your location, which country you are in when you use Our Services or Platform, or We may rely on your IP address. We cannot apply this provision to Customers who do not provide information about the location or obfuscates location information so as not to appear located in the Designated Countries.

The access on the Website is regulated according to the Terms and Conditions.

We use and process your Personal Data based on a valid lawful basis of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and any equivalent regulations (collectively referred as “Data Protection Laws”). Limitations

Our Services are not designed for the individuals who are under the age of 18 or under the legal age to provide consent under the applicable laws of country or jurisdiction where You are using Our Services or Platform. WEBITLABS makes no representations or warranties that the services and the information provided are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of errors.

The Company does not provide investment offers.

The purchase of the Tokens carries with it a number of risks. Prior to purchasing the Tokens, the Customer should carefully consider the risks listed herein. If any of the following risks are unacceptable to the Customer, he/she should not purchase the Tokens. By purchasing the Token, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer is agreeing not to hold WEBITLABS or any affiliates liable for any losses or any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from, or in any way connected, to the sale of the Tokens, including losses associated with the risks set forth herein. By using the Platform, the Customer represents/warrants and accepts that:

It is possible that due to a number of reasons outside of WEBITLABS 's control, including but not limited to, changes in regulatory or intellectual property law, technological advancements, decreases in Token or cryptocurrency utility, social or economic reforms, the failure of commercial relationships, or the malfunction, breakdown or abandonment of the Binance Smart Chain Protocol, the Token, Blockchain based technology, Binance Smart Chain and other related technologies may dissolve, disappear, be abandoned or otherwise no longer operate, or operate with material impairments.
Any cryptocurrency that possesses value in public markets, such as BNB, have demonstrated extreme fluctuations in price over short periods of time on a regular basis. A purchaser of the Token should be prepared to expect similar fluctuations, both down and up, at the price of the Token denominated in respective cryptocurrency (BNB). Such fluctuations are due to market forces and represent changes in the balance of supply and demand. WEBITLABS cannot and does not guarantee market liquidity of the Tokens.
WEBITLABS and any of its Affiliates shall not be held liable to and shall not accept any liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever for any change of the value of the Token or cryptocurrency. By purchasing the Tokens, the Customer expressly acknowledges and represents that he/she fully understands that they may experience volatility in pricing and will not seek to hold WEBITLABS liable for any losses or any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from, or in any way connected to, the sale of the Tokens.
Should the Customer proceed to purchase any Tokens, and the product fails to be suitable for the special or particular purpose as intended by the Customer, WEBITLABS or its affiliates will not be liable to the Customer for such unsuitability (including but not limited to accepting the return of, or refunding to the Customer the purchase price of the respective Token).
It is possible that the platform will not be used by a large number of individuals, and other entities and that there will be limited public interest in the mentioned project and dissemination of equity. Such a lack of interest could impact further development of the platform and potential use of it. Therefore, the success of the mentioned project cannot be predicted.
The Customer recognizes that the Platform is currently under development and may undergo particular changes in the future. The Customer acknowledges that any expectations regarding the form and functionality of the Platform held by the Customer may not be met upon release of the mentioned project, for any number of reasons, including a change in the design and implementation plans and execution of the implementation of the Platform.
WEBITLABS shall not provide to the Customer any refund possibility (payout liquidity cryptocurrency and/or fiat) for the purchased Token, in the event that this is desired by the Customer, regardless of the reason.
To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, WEBITLABS or its Affiliates do not accept any liability for any damage or loss, including loss of business, revenue, or profits, or loss of or damage to data, equipment, or software (direct, indirect, punitive, actual, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary or otherwise), resulting from any use of, or inability to use, this Website or the material, information, software, facilities, services or content on this website, from the buying of the Tokens, its value loss or project failure, nor their use by the Customer, regardless of the basis, upon which the liability is claimed.
WEBITLABS shall not be liable for uninterrupted availability of the Website at all times, in all countries and/or all geographic locations, or at any given time.

There may be additional risks that cannot be anticipated or foreseen due to the incipience of cryptographic Token technology, Blockchain-based technology, Binance Smart Chain and related technologies, Performance of the Services: WEBITLABS development team does not support any unfair or fraudulent practices. However, there are some risks associated with the cryptocurrency and digital Tokens market, the Customer understands and accepts that while the Platform development team will make reasonable efforts to maintain the mentioned project, WEBITLABS or its Affiliates make no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, and assume no liability or responsibility for the proper performance of any services, online cryptocurrency services, assets or platforms and/or the information, images or audio contained or related to the Website.
WEBITLABS will take reasonable steps to exclude any viruses or defects from the Website, but cannot guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading from the Website will be free from infection, viruses and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties, defects will be corrected and accordingly no liability is accepted for defects and viruses. WEBITLABS is not responsible for the proper and/or complete transmission of the information contained in any electronic communication or of the electronic communication itself, nor for any delay in its delivery or receipt. Security measures have been implemented to ensure the safety and integrity of any of the services related to the Token sale. Jurisdictions: The marketing and sale of the Tokens are being made in the permitted jurisdictions on the basis that the Token do not constitute a security, financial instrument or otherwise regulated investment in those jurisdictions, such that the prospectus or other disclosure requirements and other investor safeguards that would apply to a securities offering will not apply to the issuance and sale of the Tokens in the permitted jurisdictions.
In addition, the Tokens are not regulated in the permitted jurisdictions and are not required to be registered with, or licensed or authorized by, relevant authorities in the permitted jurisdictions. If applicable law does not allow all or any part of the above limitation of liability to apply to you, the limitations will apply to the Customer only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Customer understands and agrees that it is the Customer's obligation to ensure compliance with any legislation relevant to your country of domicile concerning use of the website, and that the Customer should not accept any liability for any illegal or unauthorized use of the website. WEBITLABS should not accept any liability for any illegal or unauthorized use of this Website and use and buying of the Token.
WEBITLABS shall not be liable for any actions taken by the seed financing projects’ teams. They are fully responsible to fulfill the legal obligations and the provisions of all their public communications (including but not limited to their websites, social media etc.)

Changes and Updates

These Privacy Policy were last updated on July 2024. We will revise and update this Privacy Policy from time to time, at our sole discretion, and the last version will be published on the Website.
